Here's how to make creamy and delicious Dahi Lauki at home in just 7 easy steps.

Peel and chop, peel the lauki and chop into small pieces. Boil until soft, then drain excess water.

Heat oil, in a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and green chilies. let them splutter.

Cook lauki, add boiled lauki to the pan and saute for a few minutes with salt and turmeric.

Set aside, turn off the heat and let the lauki cool slightly.

Prepare dahi, whisk curd in a bowl until smooth.

Combine, mix curd with cooked lauki, stirring well to combine.

Garnish and serve, garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled or at room temperature with roti or rice.
