Cook mutton and chana dal, in a pressure cooker, add mutton keema, chana dal, onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and spices. pour ½ cup water and cook until soft.

Cool and grind, once cooled, blend the mixture into a thick, smooth paste without adding water.

Add coriander & egg, mix in chopped coriander and a beaten egg for binding.

Shape the kebabs, take small portions and shape them into round, flat kebabs.

Heat oil and fry, heat oil in a pan and place the kebabs on medium flame.

Cook until golden brown, shallow-fry both sides until crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot & enjoy, serve with mint chutney, onion slices, and lemon wedges for a delicious Ramadan treat.
