Prepare Ingredients, chop 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, and 2 green chilies. grind 1-inch ginger, 4 garlic cloves, and coriander into a paste. measure 250g minced meat.
Cook the Base, heat oil add cumin seeds. saute onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add Tomatoes and Spices, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. cook until soft and oil separates.
Cook the Keema, add minced meat, cook for 10-12 minutes until browned, stirring often. add water if needed to prevent sticking.
Simmer and Garnish, add 1/2 cup water, simmer for 5-7 minutes to thicken. garnish with coriander leaves and serve with naan, rice, or paratha.
