Prepare the base, mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, press the mixture into a cake pan, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Make the filling in a bowl, whisk cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. fold in the mango puree and whipped cream gently.

Assemble the cheesecake, pour the filling over the chilled biscuit base. spread it evenly and smooth the top.

Add the mango topping, and spread the mango puree evenly over the cheesecake. garnish with fresh mango slices.

Chill and serve, refrigerate for 4-6 hours until set. slice and enjoy your creamy mango cheesecake.
