Prepare Ingredients, grate 200g of paneer and boil 2-3 potatoes. once the potatoes are boiled, mash them thoroughly. Mix the mashed potatoes and paneer in a bowl.
Add Kuttu Flour, add 2-3 tablespoons of kuttu flour to the paneer-potato mixture. This acts as a binding agent.
Spice it Up, season the mixture with sendha namak, 1-2 finely chopped green chilies, cumin powder, and black pepper. You can also add some coriander leaves for flavor.
Shape the Tikkis, mix everything well and shape the mixture into small, round, or oval tikkis.
Cook on a Non-stick Pan, heat a non-stick pan or tawa and place the tikkis on it. Let them cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
Serve Hot, once both sides are crispy and golden, remove from the pan and serve the kuttu paneer tikkis with chutney or yogurt.
