Prepare the chickpea-broccoli mixture, mash boiled chickpeas in a bowl and add finely chopped broccoli, onion, and garlic.
Add spices & binders, mix in cumin powder, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, cornstarch, and breadcrumbs to form a dough-like mixture.
