Here’s a quick and easy 5-step recipe to make crispy corn at home.

Boil 1 cup of sweet corn kernels in salted water for 3–4 minutes. drain and let them cool completely.

Coat with Cornflour, toss the boiled corn in 2–3 tablespoons of cornflour and a pinch of salt. make sure each kernel is well coated and dry.

Deep Fry Until Crisp, heat oil in a pan. deep-fry the coated corn on medium flame until they turn golden and crispy. drain on a paper towel.

Season the Corn, in a bowl, mix the fried corn with chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Serve Hot, garnish with chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves. serve immediately for the best crunch.
