The Pitthas in Jharkhand have a flavour of their own and is eaten with a variety of side dishes which sets it apart.

Like all the good tasting things in the world, it is high in calories but the irresistible taste of a malpua is totally worth it!

The local people prepare a variety of dishes from the bamboo shot and mainly use it as a vegetable.

It is mainly prepared from wheat flour and consists of dollops of sugar, but you won’t be able to resist it once you eat it.

The state of Jharkhand takes great pride in Til Barfi as one of its most scrumptious and nutritive delicacies.
