Combine Base, in a bowl, mix mashed peas with mashed boiled potato.
Add Flavor, stir in chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste, and coriander leaves.
Season, add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.
Bind Mixture, sprinkle in chickpea flour and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.
Shape Kebabs, divide into 10-12 portions and flatten into patties or cylinders.
Cook, pan-fry in 2-3 tablespoons oil, bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, flip halfway, or air-fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
