Heat some oil in a pan, add diced paneer cubes, and sauté with spices like red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, and salt.
Toss in sliced onions, capsicum, and a little tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce for extra flavor. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Warm up ready-made rotis or parathas on a tawa.
Place the spicy paneer filling in the center of the roti, add some sliced onions, cabbage, and a squeeze of lemon.
Roll it tightly, wrap in foil or butter paper if needed, and your tasty paneer roll is ready to eat.
