Here's how to make protein & iron-rich Spinach Egg Chilla at home.

Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, whisk eggs and add gram flour, curd, turmeric, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. mix well.

Add Spinach, fold in finely chopped spinach and mix to form a smooth batter. add water if needed for a pouring consistency.

Heat the Pan, heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.

Cook the Chilla, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly. cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift. flip and cook the other side.

Serve Hot, once golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan and serve with mint chutney or yogurt.
