Here's how to make Aam Chana Chaat at home.

Boil the Chickpeas, use pre-boiled chickpeas, or pressure cook soaked chana until soft but firm.
Prep the Mango & Veggies, dice ripe mango, chop onions, tomatoes, and green chili.
Mix it All Together, in a bowl, add chickpeas, mango, onion, tomato, and green chili.
Season & Toss, add salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, and coriander. Toss well to combine.
Serve Fresh, serve immediately for a fresh, tangy, and protein-rich summer snack.
