Heat the Pan, grease a non-stick pan with oil, and heat it on medium flame.

Pour the Batter, pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the pan, and spread it slightly thick.

Add Toppings, and sprinkle onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves evenly.

Cook the Base, drizzle oil around the edges, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the base turns golden.

Flip and Cook, flip the uttapam, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.

Serve the uttapam with coconut chutney and sambar.
