Cook Vegetables, boil potatoes, cauliflower, and green peas until soft. mash them coarsely and set aside.

Saute Onions and Spices, heat butter in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden, add ginger-garlic paste, and cook for 1 minute.

Add Tomatoes and Capsicum, add finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum, cook until mushy, and mix well.

Add Mashed Vegetables, mix the mashed vegetables into the pan, add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt. stir well.

Simmer the Bhaji, add water to adjust the consistency and simmer for 10-15 minutes. mash everything together for a smooth texture.

Toast the Pav, heat butter in another pan, sprinkle pav bhaji masala, and toast the pav buns until golden and crisp.

Serve Hot, the bhaji with buttered pav, garnished with chopped onions, coriander, and a squeeze of lemon.
