Heat Oil & Temper Spices, heat mustard oil, add fennel, cumin, mustard, and nigella seeds. let them crackle.
Saute Onion & Tomato, add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes. cook until soft.
Add Spices & Curd, mix turmeric, chili, coriander powder, salt, and curd. stir well.
Cook Paneer, add paneer cubes, toss gently, and cook for 5 minutes.
Finish & Serve, add lemon juice, mix well, and serve hot with roti or paratha. enjoy spicy, tangy Achari Paneer in just 15 minutes.
