Mix besan, rice flour, ajwain, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and baking soda, then gradually add water to make a thick, smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the coated paneer cubes in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.

Dip each paneer cube into the batter, making sure it’s well-coated.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth, adding water gradually to reach the desired consistency.

Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed.
