Here's how to make Pizza without an oven.

Make the dough and mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. add curd and knead into a soft dough. let it rest for 10–15 minutes.

Prepare the base and divide the dough into equal parts. roll out into a thick disc like a paratha. prick it with a fork to prevent puffing.

Cook the Base, heat a tawa or pan on a low flame. Place the base on it. cover and cook one side for 2–3 minutes until light brown.

Flip and add sauce, flip the base, and spread pizza sauce on the cooked side.

Add Toppings, add your favorite toppings and generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese melts and the base is fully cooked.

Garnish & Serve, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes. slice and serve hot.
