Grate beetroot and cheese.

Mix grated beetroot, cheese, spices, and salt.

Prepare dough with flour, water, and a pinch of salt.

Roll out a small dough ball, place the beetroot-cheese mixture inside, and seal.

Roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat paratha.

Cook the paratha on a hot griddle with ghee or oil until golden brown.

Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
