Prepare the chilies, slit and lightly fry green chilies until soft, then set aside.

Make the masala paste, dry roast peanuts, sesame, and coconut, then blend into a smooth paste.

Tempering & cooking, heat oil, add mustard, cumin, fenugreek, and ginger-garlic paste, and saute.

Cook the curry, add spice powders, masala paste, and tamarind water, then mix well.

Final touch, add fried chilies and simmer until the curry thickens.

Garnish and serve, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
