How to Make veg steamed momos at home.

Prepare Dough: Mix 2 cups flour, a pinch of salt, and water to make smooth dough. Knead and rest for 30 minutes.
Make Filling: Chop veggies cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion and sauté with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Cool the mix.
Shape Momos: Roll small dough circles, add filling, and seal edges in your preferred shape.
Steam Momos: Steam momos in a greased steamer for 10–12 minutes until translucent.
Serve: Enjoy with chili garlic sauce or chutney.
