Roast coconut, sesame seeds, and peanuts separately until golden.

Roast cumin, coriander, and chilies until fragrant.

Roast Spices, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and dried red chilies to the pan. roast until fragrant and slightly browned.

Grind all roasted ingredients with salt into a coarse powder.

Adjust seasoning to taste.

Store in an airtight container and use in vada pav for authentic flavor.
