Marinate the Mutton, clean 500g of mutton and marinate it with turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and mustard oil. set aside for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Prepare the Chana Base, soak 1 cup of black chana overnight and boil until soft. in a pan, heat mustard oil and saute chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.

Cook the Mutton, add the marinated mutton to the sauteed onions and cook on medium heat until it releases its juices. add garam masala and coriander powder for aroma.

Combine Chana and Mutton, mix the boiled chana with the mutton. add water as needed for gravy and let it simmer until the flavors blend and the mutton becomes tender.

Garnish and Serve, finish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti to enjoy the authentic tribal flavors of Jharkhand.
