Roast the Coconut, heat a pan and lightly roast 2 cups of grated coconut for 2 minutes.

Prepare the Mixture, add 1 cup of condensed milk or jaggery syrup and mix well.

Add Flavor, stir in ½ teaspoon cardamom powder for aroma.

Cook the Mixture, keep stirring until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

Shape the Laddus, let the mixture cool slightly, then roll it into small balls.

Coat and Serve, roll each laddu in extra grated coconut and enjoy.
