Prepare the Filling in another bowl, mix together finely chopped vegetables like 1/4 cup grated carrots, 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach, 1/4 cup grated radish, and 1/4 cup chopped onion. add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, a pinch of garam masala, and salt to tast.

Prepare the Dough in a bowl, combine 1 cup whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to knead into a soft, smooth dough. cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Assemble the Paratha Divide the dough into small balls. roll one dough ball into a small circle, place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center, and seal the edges by folding over.

Roll the Paratha gently roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat, round paratha. Be careful not to press too hard to avoid the filling from spilling out.

Serve Hot Once cooked, serve the mix paratha hot with yogurt, pickles, or chutney. enjoy the delicious, nutritious flavors
