Soak the Dal, rinse 1 cup of masoor dal and soak it in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.

Blend into Batter, drain the water and grind the soaked dal with 1-inch ginger, 1 green chili, and some water to make a smooth batter.

Add Seasoning, mix in salt, cumin seeds, and chopped coriander leaves. let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the Pan, heat a non-stick or cast-iron tawa and lightly grease it with oil.

Spread the Dosa, pour a ladle of batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.

Cook Until Crispy, drizzle oil around the edges, cook on medium heat until golden brown, and flip if needed.

Serve, hot with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or sambar. enjoy your crispy and nutritious Masoor Dal Dosa.
