Roast the gram flour, dry roast the gram flour on low heat until aromatic, then sieve to remove lumps.

Prepare sugar syrup, boil sugar with water until it reaches a one-string consistency.

Mix gram flour and ghee, gradually add roasted gram flour to the sugar syrup while stirring. slowly pour hot ghee in batches, stirring continuously.

Cook until thick, keep stirring until the mixture thickens, turns porous, and leaves the pan’s sides.

Set and serve, pour onto a greased tray, let it cool, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
