Heat oil, in a pan and sauté 1 teaspoon cumin seeds until they crackle.

Add Aromatics, Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and sauté until golden brown.

Spice Mix, Stir in 1 teaspoon each of turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder.

Add Tomatoes, Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and the oil separates.

Cook Methi, Add fresh methi leaves and cook for a few minutes until they wilt.

Paneer Addition, Add paneer cubes and mix well, letting them absorb the flavors.

Finish and Serve, Simmer for a few minutes, garnish with fresh cream or cilantro, and serve hot.
