How to make Irani Chai at home in 5 easy steps.

Boil the Milk, in a pan, boil 2 cups of full-fat milk until it thickens slightly. stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Prepare the Tea Decoction, in another pan, boil 2 cups of water. add 2-3 teaspoons of strong tea leaves and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes. strain the tea to get a strong decoction.

Add Spices & Sweetener, add sugar as per taste and a pinch of cardamom powder to the milk. mix well for a rich flavor.

Combine Milk & Tea, slowly pour the strong tea decoction into the thickened milk. stir gently for a smooth blend.

Serve Hot, pour into cups and enjoy the rich, creamy Irani Chai with Osmania biscuits.
