Knead the dough, mix wheat flour with salt and water, knead into a soft dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Cook chicken keema, heat oil in a pan, saute onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. add minced chicken and spices, cook until dry.

Cool the filling, let the cooked keema cool before using it as a stuffing.

Roll the dough, take a small portion of dough, roll it into a circle.

Stuff & seal, place keema filling in the center, fold the edges, and roll gently into a paratha.

Cook on tawa, heat a tawa, cook the paratha on both sides, applying ghee or oil until crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot, enjoy with yogurt, chutney, or pickle for a delicious meal.
