Prepare the batter, mix flours, sugar, baking soda, salt, and curd. add water to make a smooth, thick batter and rest for 1-2 hours.
Heat the pan, heat a tawa on medium heat and grease it lightly with ghee or oil.
Pour and spread the batter, pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa, keeping it thick like a pancake.
Cook the bun dosa, cook on medium-low heat until golden, flip, and cook the other side with ghee.
Serve hot, serve warm with chutney, sambar, or honey for a sweet twist.
