Soak rice, soak raw rice for 4-6 hours.
Grind, grind soaked rice, cooked rice, and coconut into a thick batter.
Activate yeast, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, let it foam.
Ferment, mix yeast into the batter and let it ferment for 6-8 hours.
Prepare Pan: Grease the appam pan with oil and heat it.
Cook: Pour batter into the pan, swirl
Cook, cover the batter and cook until crispy edges are formed.
Serve, serve hot with coconut milk or stew.
