Roast Ingredients, Dry roast 1 cup of almonds and 1 cup of grated coconut separately until fragrant. Let them cool.
Grind, Coarsely grind the roasted almonds and coconut in a blender.
Cook Mixture, In a pan, heat 1 cup of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of ghee, then add the almond-coconut mixture.
Flavor, Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.

Set in Tray, Pour the mixture onto a greased tray, spread evenly, and let it cool.
Cut and Serve, Once set, cut into squares or diamonds, and enjoy your almond coconut barfi.
