How to make quick and easy ajwain paratha at home.

Prepare the Dough, combine wheat flour, ajwain, and salt in a bowl. gradually add water, knead into a soft dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough, into small, equal sized balls.
Roll the Paratha, take a ball, dust it with flour, and roll it into a thin circle or square. sprinkle a few drops of ghee and fold it into a layered shape. roll it out again lightly.
Heat, a tawa or flat pan on medium heat.
Cook the Paratha, place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa. cook one side until bubbles form, then flip. apply ghee or oil on both sides and cook until golden brown.
Serve, the ajwain paratha hot with curd, pickle, or chutney for a flavorful meal enjoy your quick and aromatic ajwain paratha.
