Prepare Dough, mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt, and knead it into a soft dough using water. cover and set aside.
Cook Keema Filling, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste. Add minced meat, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. cook until the meat is fully done.
Add Flavoring, once the meat is cooked, add chopped coriander leaves and cook for another minute. set the filling aside to cool.
Divide Dough, divide the dough into small balls. roll out each ball into a small disc.
Stuff Paratha, place a spoonful of cooked keema filling in the center of the rolled-out dough disc. Fold the edges over the filling and seal it well.
Roll Paratha, gently roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat round paratha. Be careful not to let the filling spill out.
Serve, the hot, high-protein keema parathas with yogurt, chutney, or pickles.
