Here’s a simple recipe to make Four in One Paratha at home in six steps.

Prepare the Dough, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and a bit of oil or ghee. gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. cover and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
Make the Fillings, in separate bowls, prepare the fillings: mashed potatoes, paneer, spiced spinach, and onions. season each well.
Shape the Dough, divide the dough into equal balls, then roll each ball into a 4-inch circle.
Layer the Fillings, place a spoonful of each filling in the center of a rolled circle, leaving room to seal.
Seal and Roll, fold the edges over the fillings to seal, then gently roll out into a larger paratha, keeping the fillings inside.
Cook the Paratha, heat a tawa, cook the paratha until golden on both sides with a bit of ghee or oil. Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
