Arrange the Papdis, place 10-12 crispy papdis on a serving plate.

Add the Toppings, top each papdi with a small amount of boiled, diced potatoes and chickpeas.

Drizzle Yogurt, whisk 1 cup chilled yogurt with a pinch of sugar until smooth. drizzle it generously over the papdis.

Add Chutneys, drizzle 2-3 tbsp tamarind chutney and 2-3 tbsp mint-coriander chutney over the yogurt.

Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and black salt for flavor.

Garnish with chopped coriander, sev, and pomegranate seeds and serve immediately and enjoy the tangy, spicy, and creamy chaat.
