Marinate the chicken, marinate 300g chicken with soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, and salt for 20 minutes.
Make the batter, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and water to make a thick batter.
Fry the chicken, dip chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Prepare sauce, cook gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil until thickened.
Coat chicken, toss fried chicken in the prepared spicy-sweet sauce.
Assemble rolls, spread mayo on nori or tortillas, add lettuce, veggies, and chicken.
Roll and serve, roll tightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.
