Here's how to make Coriander Garlic Chutney at home.

Prepare Ingredients, wash and chop coriander leaves. peel the garlic cloves and chop the green chili.
Blend Everything, in a blender, add coriander, garlic, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt.
Add Liquid, pour lemon juice and water, then blend into a smooth or slightly coarse paste.
Adjust Consistency, if the chutney is too thick, add a little more water and blend again.
Serve & Store, transfer to a bowl and enjoy with snacks, chaat, or sandwiches. store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
