Soak and Grind, Soak urad dal and rice, then grind them into a smooth batter.

Ferment, Let the batter ferment overnight for a fluffy texture.

Prepare Zucchini, Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess water.

Mix Ingredients, Add grated zucchini, chopped onions, green chilies, and salt to the fermented batter.

Heat Pan, Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.

Cook Uttapam, Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan, spread evenly, and cook on medium heat.

Flip and Serve, Flip the uttapam once it's golden brown, cook the other side, and serve hot with chutney.
