Prepare dough, mix wheat flour, semolina, and ghee. add water to knead a firm dough and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Shape and fry, make small dough balls and fry in ghee on low heat until golden and crispy.
Cool and grind, cool the fried balls, break them into pieces, and grind into a coarse powder.
Prepare sweetener, melt jaggery with water or grind sugar into powder. strain jaggery to remove impurities.
Mix ingredients, combine churma, sweetener, cardamom, coconut, and nuts in a bowl.
Add ghee and shape, add warm ghee gradually and shape the mixture into laddoos.
Cool and store, let laddoos cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
