How To Make Chilli Garlic Oil Recipe in 5 Easy Steps.

Heat the Oil, pour 1 cup of neutral oil into a small pan. Heat on medium-low for a few minutes until warm but not smoking.
Add Garlic, add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves to the oil. Let the garlic sizzle and turn light golden for about 2-3 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
Add Red Chilli Flakes, stir in 2 tablespoons of red chilli flakes, and let them infuse into the oil for another 1-2 minutes. Lower the heat to avoid burning the chilli.
Cool the Mixture, turn off the heat and let the oil cool down slightly for a few minutes while the garlic and chilli continue to flavor it
Strain and Store, once cooled, strain the oil into a clean jar, or leave the garlic and chilli flakes in for extra flavor and texture. Store your chilli garlic oil in a jar for up to a month, ready to use for drizzling on dishes.
