Shape the Chicken, clean chicken wings and shape them into lollipops by pushing the meat to one end.
Marinate, mix ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, and spices. marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Make Batter, combine cornflour, flour, egg, salt, and pepper with water to make a thick batter.
Coat the Chicken, dip marinated chicken into the batter, ensuring an even coat.
Fry, heat oil and deep-fry the lollipops until golden and crispy.
Serve, drain excess oil and serve hot with schezwan sauce or ketchup.
