Fry the Cutlets, place the cutlets in the hot oil and fry them until golden brown on both sides. Flip gently to avoid breaking.
Serve Hot, remove the cutlets from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup, or yogurt dip.
