Prepare the ingredients, wash and roughly chop coriander leaves. gather green chilies, garlic, and other ingredients.

Blend the ingredients, in a blender, combine coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt.

Add water, add 2-3 tablespoons of water to the blender for a smooth consistency.

Blend to a paste, blend everything into a smooth, thick chutney. adjust water if needed.

Serve or store, transfer to a bowl and serve fresh with snacks or meals. store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
