Prepare Ingredients, cut 500g chicken into pieces, chop 4 cups spinach, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 2 green chilies, and grate 1-inch ginger and 4 garlic cloves.

Boil Spinach, boil the spinach with water for 3-4 minutes. cool and blend it into a smooth puree.

Saute Aromatics, heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee, add cumin seeds, onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. saute, then add turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala.

Cook Chicken, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. add chicken pieces, stir well, and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Add Spinach, mix the spinach puree into the pan, season with salt, and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Serve, finish with butter or cream and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
