Prepare Dough, Knead a soft dough with 1 cup whole wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Roll Dough, Roll out small portions of the dough into thin, round parathas.

Cook Paratha, Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa (griddle) and cook lightly on both sides.

Beat Eggs, Whisk 2 eggs with salt, pepper, and optional spices like chili flakes or herbs.

Pour Egg Mixture, Pour a portion of the egg mixture over the paratha on the tawa.

Flip, the paratha and cook until the egg is fully cooked and the paratha is golden.

Serve, Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
