Here's how to make delicious Almond Halwa at home in just 6 easy steps.

Soak & peel almonds, soak almonds in hot water for 2 hours, then peel the skin.

Grind to a paste, blend the almonds with milk to form a smooth paste.

Heat ghee in a pan, add the almond paste and cook on low flame, stirring continuously.

Add sugar & saffron, mix in sugar and saffron, and continue cooking until it thickens.

Cook until ghee separates, stir well until the halwa starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Add cardamom powder, mix in cardamom for a rich aroma.

Garnish & serve, sprinkle chopped nuts on top for extra crunch. serve fresh or store in an airtight container for later.
