Heat the oil, in a pan, heat oil over medium flame.

Add Spices, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. mix well.

Roast the Chana, add roasted chana to the pan, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add Murmura, mix in the murmura, and toss everything together.

Roast Evenly, stir continuously on low flame for 5-7 minutes until crispy.

Add Chaat Masala, sprinkle chaat masala, and mix well for extra flavor.

Serve or Store, let it cool, and store in an airtight container or enjoy immediately.
