Roast Makhana & Prepare Almonds, lightly dry roast makhana until crisp. peel the soaked almonds for a smoother texture.
Blend Dry Ingredients, grind the roasted makhana and almonds into a fine powder in a blender.
Add Liquid Ingredients, pour in the milk, honey, and cardamom powder into the blender.
Blend Until Smooth, blend everything until you get a creamy, smooth consistency. add ice cubes if desired.
Serve & Enjoy, pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with chopped nuts or saffron, and serve chilled.
