Here's how to make quick & easy Momo Chutney in 6 easy steps.
Boil tomatoes & chilies, in a small pot, boil chopped tomatoes and dried red chilies for 5 minutes until soft.
Drain & cool, drain the water and let the boiled tomatoes and chilies cool slightly.
Blend with garlic, in a blender, add boiled tomatoes, chilies, and garlic cloves.
Add seasonings, add salt, vinegar or lemon juice, and sugar for a balanced taste.
Blend until smooth, blend everything into a smooth or slightly chunky chutney, as per your preference.
Serve & enjoy, transfer to a bowl and serve fresh with hot momos.
